Pastel Pink Sea Glass Bar Necklace with Freshwater Pearls
Pastel Pink Sea Glass Bar Necklace with Freshwater Pearls
Pastel pink sea glass bar necklace with freshwater pearls on an 18 inch sterling silver chain. Pink sea glass is often called sun glass. Selenium and manganese were both used as additives to make clear glass in the early 1900’s, with prolonged exposure to sunlight the glass takes on a pink or lavender hue.
Sea glass stack is approximately 1/2 inch in length.
Each piece of sea glass is unique and hand picked from the beach on my daily walks. Sea glass is not machine tumbled or shaped. You will receive the exact piece of jewelry in the photograph. Slight imperfections in the glass are to be expected and are proof that it is pure sea glass. Stone, shell and coral props are not included. The shapes of pure sea glass are formed at random by the breaking of glass and the strength of the sea as each piece is tumbled in the waves and sand. This randomness makes each piece of my jewelry truly unique and one of a kind.
